Job Description
As an Operating Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across multiple building systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire, and Life Safety. This is a hands-on, field-based role where your commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement directly impacts the experience of everyone in the facilities you support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems
- Ability to analyze the operation of commercial or industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Physical ability to bend, sit, kneel, squat, stand, reach, and lay for extended periods to access equipment components
