Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent with additional technical training in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC
- Universal Technician certification for CFCs (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze system operations, diagnose problems, and implement corrective actions
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills for stakeholder interactions
- Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks including climbing, lifting, and working in mechanical spaces
- Compliance knowledge for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and perform quality control assessments
