Job Description
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. As an Operating Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of complex building systems and infrastructure.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of trade schooling in electrical systems, refrigeration, or HVAC (minimum two years)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility or plant engineering maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Proven ability to operate and maintain boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, and building infrastructure
- Ability to respond to emergencies and work independently during after-hours shifts
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders up to 28’, perform overhead work, and work in confined spaces
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including MS Office and email
