Job Description
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. As an Operating Engineer, you will maintain, monitor, and repair building systems to ensure optimal performance. Key responsibilities include system maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance or engineering
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical school training is preferred
- EPA 608 Universal Certification and other licenses (HVAC, Electrical) may be required depending on location
- Understanding of BMS (Building Management Systems) and critical environment infrastructure
- Physical and Schedule Requirements: 24/7, weekends, holidays, or on-call emergency response
- Lifting up to 80 lbs, climbing ladders (up to 30 ft), and working from heights
