Job Description
We're hiring an Operating Engineer to maintain and monitor building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment, to ensure 100% uptime and compliance with customer service level agreements.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED equivalent, or technical training/degree
- 3+ years' experience in facilities operations, maintenance, and engineering
- Technical knowledge of critical environments, HVAC systems, and associated infrastructure
- Proficiency with computer applications including MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for technical issues
