Job Description
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way by combining world-class services, advisory, and technology for clients. As an Operating Engineer, you will support operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
- Trade school education, union training, military service, or college is desirable
- Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift, and/or drive
- Strong customer service skills
