Job Description
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems. This position requires on-site work, maintaining work order systems, and troubleshooting building systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
- Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable
- Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive
- Strong customer service skills
