Job Description
Join JLL as an Operating Engineer and support the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems. This role requires on-site presence in Houston, TX.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
- Trade school education, union training, military service, or college is desirable
- Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift, and/or drive
- Strong customer service skills
