Job Description
JLL is seeking an execution-focused Project Manager to join its Sustainability Consulting practice. The role will involve project execution, delivery, and technical process improvement, with a focus on decarbonization initiatives, energy audits, and regulatory compliance projects. The Project Manager will work closely with Senior Project Managers to deliver exceptional results for clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in conducting Energy Audits, Retro-Commissioning, or Net Zero Carbon Audits
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Sciences, Architecture, or a similarly applicable field
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites, including Canada
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis
- Proficiency with Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM) is required
- Experience with building performance regulations and compliance reporting
- Strong understanding of building MEP systems, controls, and energy efficiency measures
