Job Description
JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Sustainability Consulting practice, specializing in energy and decarbonization investigations and optimizations. The role involves project delivery, technical solution development, and client engagement. The Senior Project Manager will contribute to technical service delivery, ensuring consistent quality and dependability for clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in real estate sustainability, decarbonization/energy efficiency
- Decarbonization/energy program management
- BA/BS degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred), real estate, or related field
- Strong understanding of building design, construction, and operations across multiple asset types
- Experience with any of the following building certifications preferred: ENERGY STAR, International Living Future Institute -Zero Carbon + Zero Energy
