Job Description
JLL is seeking a Property Accounting Manager to join their Client Accounting Services (CAS) team, providing exceptional financial management and reporting services to corporate clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA and/or CIA certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial governance in a professional services environment
- Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience with proven ability to manage and develop accounting professionals
- Experience with SSAE 16/SOC1 (formerly SAS70) or SOX-related design and review of control platforms strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy
