JLL is hiring a Property and Lease Administrator to support a fast-paced, high-volume portfolio for one of Australia's most recognisable brands. The role involves end-to-end lease administration processes, accuracy and timely delivery of rent rolls, and management of competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Property Law, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 1–3 years' experience in lease administration or a related property role
- Demonstrated ability to interpret commercial leases and rent roll reporting
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation processes
- Experience using lease administration or property management systems and advanced Excel capability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to operate independently, prioritise competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
