Job Description
Provide lease administration support to the Property team. Enhance service quality and standards within a framework of customer service and cost effectiveness.
Requirements
- Communicate across all functional groups within Property
- Provide lease and tenancy management services in accordance with agreed KPI's and Service Levels
- Assist in updating and training property documented procedures
- Enhance service quality and standards, and develop efficient service offerings in respect of lease management
- Establish and maintain master property register and lease/licence/tenancies management database
- Organise and maintain documents in the client's electronic filing system
- Protect sensitive property information and ensure the team adheres to security, compliance, legislative requirements
- Assist Property Coordinators with compiling information to process briefing notes
- Manage Property enquiries via email / phone calls
