Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing requisitions across diverse functional areas and levels
- Tech-forward mentality and experience working in both CRM and ATS systems to manage candidate relationships and recruiting workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels
