JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. The Central Team Lead will oversee a Retail Interiors team for a financial services client, managing a team of 4-6 Project Managers and Project Coordinators. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate/construction project management, leadership, and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 15-20 years leading projects within complex high rise/urban real estate assets
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings, mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, plumbing drawings, building components, infrastructure systems, and base building utilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a team of professionals
- Previous experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating several project managers
- A strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and process as they relate to corporate real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Project
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, procedures, and practices
- Ability to make independent judgments and decisions
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
