We are seeking a Solutions Management Global Lead, Portfolio Solutions to lead and coordinate the development of winning solutions for prospective clients across the primary Portfolio Services of Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage. This is a hybrid role, open to any location with proximity to a JLL office.
Requirements
- 10+ years proven experience as salesperson or role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills
- Ability to lead creative or unique solutions development – thinking beyond what we have always done, creating a vision of what could be, driving through hurdles, and leading teams to develop unique solutions
- Ability to partner, critical for success when working with internal Subject Matter Experts and Brokers to showcase the best of JLL capabilities
- Strong writing skills, including communicating the complete holistic solution in a concise narrative and executive summary
- Budget owner during negotiations to validate scope and price, identifying any financial or delivery risks for JLL
- Strong background in Portfolio Services & understanding of real estate outsourcing to design the right solution based on the client's problem
- Experience and comfort working in a collaborative and respectful team environment
- Excellent capacity to listen, articulate what was heard, and mold this into a solution
