Job Description
JLL is seeking a Specialist, Engineering Services to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems equipment. The ideal candidate will have specialized expertise in Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, and proficiency across multiple technical areas.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and valid driver's license
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, with two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC
- Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs
- 4+ years of related work experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment, especially in maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical, and general building maintenance
- 2+ years utilizing CMMS and PM software programs and Building Automation Systems (BAS) with key experience monitoring and evaluating RTU performance
