Specialist, Engineering Services

We are seeking a Specialist, Engineering Services to join our team at JLL in Columbus, OH. The role involves operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility systems equipment, including electrical, HVAC, and piping/plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have specialized expertise in these areas and be able to handle diverse work assignments. The position offers an exciting opportunity to apply technical expertise across complex building systems while contributing directly to facility performance and reliability.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and valid driver's license
• High School diploma or GED equivalent, with two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC
• EPA Universal Technician Certification for refrigerant handling (CFCs)
• 4+ years of related work experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment, with demonstrated expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
• 2+ years of hands-on experience utilizing CMMS and PM software programs and Building Automation Systems (BAS) with proven ability to monitor and evaluate RTU performance
