Job Description
JLL is hiring a Specialist, Stationary Engineering Services to perform various preventative maintenance, repairs, and hands-on work within commercial properties. The role involves implementing operations, maintenance, and facilities strategies to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient buildings, building systems, and equipment.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of Skilled Trades experience
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Ability to analyze Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems
- Experience working with ice machines
- Proficiency with computers and programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
