The Specialty Space Intake Coordinator, Meetings and Events will work closely with internal vendors and key stakeholders to facilitate and support client events taking place in key buildings within client with booking of specialty spaces. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by providing initial response and support related to client event inquiries, demonstrating refined business writing style, delivering superior customer service through clear correspondence, and maintaining strong communication channels between onsite and remote event teams that ensure operational alignment and successful event execution.
