The Facilities Manager will lead a team to ensure effective management of daily client activities for assigned properties and facilities, supporting the Account Lead as the on-site key contact for stakeholders and clients. The role involves leadership, client management, procurement, contract management, financial management, health and safety management, site operations management, risk management, and performance achievement. The successful candidate will have experience in facilities management, building operations, business, or related field, and will be able to manage teams across multiple locations, including Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, and Portugal.
