Job Description
As a Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician at JLL, you will operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities. You will also perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc. You will be responsible for studying and becoming familiar with various items of equipment and methods required to use them properly. You will also submit P-card receipts daily and update work order status in real time using CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
Requirements
- Universal CFC recovery certification
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering
- Strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid state driver’s license
- Ability to work on-call and perform other duties as required
