Commission robotic automation systems to meet project timelines and performance requirements, configure and program robots, motion systems, and supporting equipment, debug and optimize machine performance, and support system installation, startup, and commissioning activities at customer sites.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Mechatronics/Robotics or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 3–10 years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers in challenging situations
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Understanding of basic pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings and 2D part drawings
- Experience with structured text programming
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced computer skills
