Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience as a DE and SAR Underwriter
- 2 years of recent expertise in FHA and VA lending
- thorough understanding of current FHA and VA guidelines
- familiarity with federal and state regulations in the mortgage banking sector
- proficient knowledge of DU/LP/TOTAL Scorecards
