Requirements
- 5 years of experience with Conventional loan products
- 3 years of experience with jumbo, non-agency, and alternative document loans
- Recent underwriting experience
- Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and investor guidelines
- Knowledge of complex tax returns
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
