Job Description
The firm is seeking an experienced Docketing Manager to lead the implementation, oversight, and ongoing enhancement of its firmwide litigation calendaring and docketing operations.
Requirements
- Oversee and manage firmwide litigation docketing and calendaring processes to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local court rules and deadlines.
- Implement, configure, and administer the firm’s docketing system (CourtAlert preferred), including user setup, template creation, and system maintenance.
- Provide training and ongoing support to attorneys and staff regarding docketing protocols and system use.
- Conduct audits and periodic reviews to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of docketing entries.
- Supervise docketing personnel as applicable, including responsibilities related to hiring, training, workflow oversight, and performance management.
