We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for our new location in Lisbon. The role involves smooth communication between customers and employees, support during onboarding, and ensuring service quality. Your daily tasks include coordination with employees, handling customer and employee inquiries, and providing performance feedback.
Requirements
- Native-level German language skills
- Very good English skills (C1)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center
- Zendesk experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Ambitious, engaged, and focus on personal development
- Flexibility regarding working hours (Mo-Fr, occasionally Saturdays in home office)
