We are looking for a Dutch Contact Center Agent to work in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Contact Center Agent, you will answer incoming phone calls and emails and perform general administrative tasks. You will work in the customer service department and not engage in sales. You should be a positive and professional person with enough self-confidence to interact with customers all day.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and English skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in customer service or healthcare is an asset
- Good PC skills (comfortable working with different systems)
- Empathetic, respectful, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Productive and result-oriented, with ability to multitask
