We are looking for a Dutch Contact Center Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Contact Center Agent, you will handle files of debtors, prepare summonses for bailiffs, and perform various tasks related to back-office work and customer calls.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills (B2 level)
- Experience with back-office activities, dealing with contracts and financial documents
- Good computer skills
- Self-confidence and ability to assess people
- Concentrated and focused
