Dutch Customer Advisors in Athens

We are a large BPO outsourcing company looking for Dutch Customer Advisors in Athens, Greece. As a customer advisor, you will provide excellent support to customers via phone and email, build meaningful relationships, and achieve quality targets. Requirements

• Speak Dutch at a high level (C2) and be fluent in English (at least B2)
• Be communicatively strong with excellent skills in phone conversations, active listening and writing
• Be analytical, problem-solver with a strong eye for detail
• Be eager to learn, curious and problem-solving oriented
• You must be an EU citizen or have a valid work permit for Greece
• You are a local or willing to relocate to historic Athens, Greece
