Dutch Customer Care Agent - Greece

We are looking for a Dutch Customer Care Agent to provide excellent customer service to current and potential customers for a Dutch energy company in Greece. The role involves answering incoming phone calls, chats, and emails, supporting customers with invoices, tariff changes, and complaints, and identifying sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Native level Dutch language
• Good English language skills (B2)
• Experience with CRM systems (plus)
• Good understanding and knowledge of computers
