
Job description
As a customer service agent, you are the first point of contact between the company and Dutch customers. You are responsible for ensuring exceptional experiences. The role is based in Malta with a hybrid work model.
Answering phone calls and emails to resolve customer problems, providing correct information, answering customer questions in a friendly and professional manner, meeting customer service quality goals, compliance rules and productivity goals.
You speak and write Dutch at native level and you speak fluent English (strong B2). Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required. Good online communication and customer handling skills.
