Requirements
- Native level of Dutch and fluent in English (B2)
- Experience in customer service (not a must)
- Basic understanding and level of computer skills
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good telephone skills, active listening, and writing skills
