We are looking for a Dutch Payment Customer Support Advisor to provide professional B2B support to merchants in the FinTech and payment services sector in Athens. The role involves managing transaction and payment-related inquiries, supporting refunds, and onboarding new customers.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Dutch (C2 level)
- English C1 level
- Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with financial data
- Excellent communication skills
