Requirements
- Native level of Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Keen interest in sports & casino
- Analytical approach to solving problems
- Ability to work on Sunday and morning shifts
- Customer service experience, preferably live chat and email
- Multitasking and technical capacity to work with multiple systems
- Drive to help others and communicate effectively with customers
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvements
