Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) (Emirati National only)

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) specialist to oversee the financial planning and analysis process, providing key insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and leadership, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in developing and managing financial models and budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to senior management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• High level of proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization software.
