Job Description
We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator as Group Leader to join our small, two-group kindergarten in Essen-Altenessen, Germany. The focus is on an inclusive and intercultural approach, and the successful candidate will be responsible for designing the pedagogical daily life for the kids together with their team.
Requirements
- Completed education as a state-recognized early childhood educator or childcare worker
- Completed pedagogical studies (e.g. social work, early childhood or special education)
- Pedagogical know-how – preferably with a focus on language promotion
- Joy in inclusive, multicultural work
- Clarity, empathy and team spirit
