Job Description
We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator as Group Leader to shape the pedagogical daily life of the kids in a two-group institution in Essen-Frintrop. The ideal candidate will have pedagogical expertise, preferably with a focus on language promotion, and be willing to actively shape the institution.
Requirements
- Completed training as a state-recognized early childhood educator or care assistant
- Pedagogical studies (e.g. social work, early childhood education, special education)
- Pedagogical expertise - preferably with a focus on language promotion
- Willingness to actively shape an institution
- Openness to inclusive and intercultural pedagogy
