Job Description
We are looking for a Group Leader (m/f/d) for a two-group kindergarten in Essen-Altenessen. The kindergarten focuses on an inclusive and intercultural approach, and the Group Leader will be responsible for one of the two Ăś3 groups, designing the pedagogical everyday life together with the team.
Requirements
- Completed education as a recognized educator or educational assistant
- Completed pedagogical studies (e.g. social work, early childhood education or special education)
- Pedagogical know-how - preferably with a focus on language support
- Joy in inclusive, multicultural work
- Clarity, empathy and teamwork
