Job Description
We are hiring for a compassionate and highly organised Intake and Relationships Specialist to manage enquiries, guide individuals through assessment and admission processes, and maintain strong referral networks within the community.
Requirements
- Experience in aged care admissions, client services or occupancy management
- Strong understanding of AN-ACC funding model and MAC portal processes
- Knowledge of Aged Care Act 1997 and Quality Standards
- Proven stakeholder engagement across hospital and community referral pathways
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance compassion and occupancy performance
