Client Operations Specialist

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of sales support, client success, and operational execution, ensuring smooth delivery across the full quote-to-cash lifecycle. You will work closely with Client Directors to protect margins, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term account relationships.

What You Will Do

Manage the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, support pipeline and forecast management, assist in deal structuring, and serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales support, client operations, or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong understanding of business operations, client needs, and sales lifecycle processes
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong mathematical aptitude with ability to calculate margins and pricing models accurately
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills
