Job Description
AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to assist in protecting and increasing Gross Profit Margin and customer satisfaction through heightened client service and daily attention.
Requirements
- Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash
- Review, manage, and maintain pipeline and forecast with assigned Client Directors
- Work independently with assigned customers to address questions/issues and provide timely solutions
- Assist in structuring deals with Client Directors
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Accept all customer orders
- Coordinate monthly meetings with accounts receivable
- Develop and maintain Client Profiles for assigned accounts
- Provide 'value-add' services to assigned accounts
