Client Operations Specialist

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business, creating a culture of belonging and diversity. The Client Operations Specialist assists Client Directors in protecting and increasing the Gross Profit Margin and customer satisfaction through heightened client service and daily attention.

Requirements

• Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash
• Review, manage, and maintain pipeline and forecast with assigned Client Directors
• Work independently with assigned customers to address questions/issues and provide timely solutions
• Assist in structuring deals with Client Directors
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships
• Coordinate monthly meetings with accounts receivable
• Develop and maintain Client Profiles for assigned accounts
• Provide 'value-add' services to assigned accounts
