Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer Sênior – React to build and evolve high-impact digital interfaces that directly support millions of users in the healthcare ecosystem. Develop and evolve high-quality frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and user-centered solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• Experience building scalable digital products with modern frontend architectures
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integration
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or similar
• Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with design systems is a plus
• Knowledge of SSR/SSG frameworks such as Next.js is a plus
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and observability tools (Sentry, Datadog) is a plus
• Previous experience in healthtech, fintech, or high-scale consumer products is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
