O&M Program Manager

Role Overview

This role oversees the end-to-end performance of operations and maintenance programs across assigned facilities and contracts, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. It plays a critical part in maintaining building systems performance while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Lead the planning, execution, and continuous oversight of all operations and maintenance activities across assigned contracts or sites, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met. Manage daily facility operations, including building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• 5–10 years of experience in operations and maintenance, facilities management, or similar technical leadership roles
• Proven experience managing large-scale O&M programs, multi-site operations, or government or industrial contracts
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related infrastructure
• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing teams, contractors, and cross-functional operations
• Experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial performance optimization
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements
• OSHA 30 certification or higher preferred, along with CHFM certification as an advantage
