O&M Project Manager

Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Project Manager oversees maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of building systems and infrastructure for the Federal Protective Service (FPS) real estate portfolio. The role provides project management oversight for facility operations and integrates maintenance initiatives with relocation projects and capital planning activities.

Requirements

• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and other building systems.
• Monitoring facility system performance and proactively identifying operational risks or deficiencies.
• Coordinating inspections, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities with vendors, contractors, GSA stakeholders, and FPS leadership.
