This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, growth marketing, and program strategy, focused on turning high-value external relationships into scalable member acquisition channels. The position blends relationship management with campaign design, requiring a strong ability to build trust while also thinking in systems, playbooks, and repeatable growth motions.
Design and execute end-to-end partner activation campaigns, drive ongoing engagement within partner organizations, own performance tracking and reporting for partner-driven growth, and develop repeatable systems and scalable campaign frameworks.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments where experimentation, execution, and performance measurement go hand in hand. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in partner marketing, partnerships, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or account/account management roles.
