The primary objective of the position is to lead the overall commercial strategy of a luxury hotel in Santiago, ensuring sustained revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, and operational excellence in a highly demanding environment.
Requirements
- Education in Hospitality, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, or related career.
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in commercial positions in luxury hotels, ideally within international chains.
- Proven experience leading high-performance commercial teams, with a focus on sales, revenue, and strategic management.
- International experience (work in different countries) is highly valued.
- Advanced English proficiency; Italian is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of MICE, corporate, and leisure segments, as well as global distribution channels.
- Advanced management of hotel systems (Opera, Delphi), corporate CRM, and commercial analysis tools.
- High analytical and financial capacity: forecast preparation, projections, revenue analysis, and cost management.
- Empathetic, humble, and service-oriented leadership skills, with cultural sensitivity and luxury standards.
- Ability to operate in demanding environments, with accountability, execution speed, and adaptation to global audits.
