Director of Commerce

The Director of Commerce will lead the comprehensive commercial strategy of a luxury hotel in Santiago, ensuring sustained revenue growth, strengthening the brand's positioning, and operational excellence in a highly demanding environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in commercial positions in luxury hotels, ideally within international chains.
• Proven experience leading high-performing commercial teams, focusing on sales, revenue, and strategic management.
