Head Of Procurement

We are looking for a Head of Procurement with a degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or similar, with Advanced English. The candidate will lead and supervise the acquisition department, ensuring efficient and effective acquisition of goods and services.

Requirements

• Elaboration and follow-up of the purchasing plan
• Development and coordination of the Contract Terms and Tendering process
• Analyze unit prices of the offers presented, to detect inconsistent points with costs and required needs
• Keep a record of costs of main commodities
• Management of Suppliers and search for commercial agreements and supply strategies
• Work in accordance with the objectives of the area and present results
• Register the information of the processes in charge in the corresponding systems
• Development and implementation of processes and new work tools
• Manage corporate requirements for its development and execution
• Support the EPC Manager in the search and negotiation of international suppliers of materials and strategic parts
• In addition to providing support to different projects on site and their requirements
