chargé(e) polyvalent(e) de gestion immobilière et suivi de projets

We are recruiting a multifunctional property manager and project coordinator for a European company specializing in turnkey investment and optimization of real estate projects. The role involves operational tracking of real estate projects, relation with managers and service providers, economic tracking and reporting of projects, back-office support and polyvalent tasks, and evolution towards the front and client relation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in finance, management, real estate, accounting, project management or related field.
• Significant first experience (2-5 years) in one of the following environments: rental management, real estate agency, back-office real estate, company finance control / accounting with exposure to real estate, asset / property management, asset / property management, investment property.
• Very good mastery of Excel and project tracking tools (tables, formulas, filters, formatting).
• Excellent written and spoken French: spelling, grammar, impeccable professional formulation.
